OUR PASTOR
Pastor DJ and his wife Dottie have served in numerous ministry assignments which include pastoring children and youth, marketplace ministry, Christian radio, ministry consulting, itinerant ministry, and church planting. DJ and Dottie's leadership style is empowering, practical, fun and very contagious. They have a passion for training people to lead, planting churches, and enjoying life with family and friends. DJ and Dottie do not care to be known for their accomplishments or bios but rather for being authentic, reachable, and approachable. DJ and Dottie reside in Lake Stevens, WA and have three adult children and two grandchildren. DJ and Dottie met in high school and have been happily married for 31 years.
GOVERNING STRUCTURE
Believers who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to trust and have confidence in church leadership… leaders who are above reproach and conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions affecting the lives of others.
LEADERSHIP TEAM GUIDED BY PASTORS
Our church leadership team is led by the Senior Pastor. This team, along with the pastoral staff, serves the congregation and is responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church, as well as overseeing the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church.
STRENGTHENED BY OVERSEERS
Our church overseers are all long-time, seasoned pastors and/or ministry leaders. They all have credible congregations and ministries, are above reproach, and love The House Ministry Center and its pastor. They all have personally known our pastor for a combined average of 20 plus years. They are committed to providing spiritual counsel, correction, and protection to the church. These men serve as church elders and may be called upon to assist in accountability or resolution matters relating to the Senior Pastor, staff, or any issues relating to the greater good of our local church body.
